SHIPPING

 

We ship worldwide. Items will be processed and shipped within 4 days of purchase. Items will deliver in 2-4 weeks. You will receive an email from us as soon as it ships with tracking info. International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur. 

Items will ship separately at no additional cost. You will receive tracking information for each item after it has shipped.

Please note : for custom made items, we have 2 weeks waiting time for production.

 

RETURNS

 

If you would like to return your items (within 45 days from the date of purchase) you may do so for a full refund.  The customer is required to pay return shipping fees and they are nonrefundable. Please note, in order to qualify for a full refund, items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. We have the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.  For additional information, please see TERMS & CONDITIONS page.

We  DO NOT OFFER refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on the way to you. We understand this can be a long time, but it is worth the wait at the competitive prices we offer.

Please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging.

We will not accept returns of any earrings that have been worn or have had their security tags removed. This is for hygienic reasons.

We are not liable for any lost pieces unless faulty.

Products must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (UK and International deliveries).

Shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your return. 

We  DO NOT OFFER refunds or return on custom made items, unless faulty.

We  DO NOT OFFER refunds or return on Swimwear, unless faulty for hygiene reasons.

GUARANTEE

 

All our pieces are guaranteed for 6 months from the original purchase date. If you have a problem, please contact us at help@cp-jewellery.com giving your original order number and outlining the repair issue. Please be aware that all the products are fancy jewellery, keep them away from water and perfume for a last long. We do not guarantee any products because of water problem.
